To take the CliftonStrengths assessment, you need to first purchase a code from the official website. Then, you will be required to create an account and provide some basic information about yourself, such as your name and email address. Once you have registered, you can proceed to take the assessment.

Typically, you won't need to retake the CliftonStrengths assessment. The assessment results are saved, do not expire, and most find their results remain close even years later. I do recommend retaking it if you were experiencing a major life event, or illness, or were in a very transitional stage in life when you previously took the assessment.
